Required documents and procedures for Greek Islands Visa on Arrival applications

To ensure your Greece islands visa on arrival application is completed without issues, all required documents must be current, complete, and prepared in accordance with the standards specified below.

Required Documents

Passport
  • Color photocopy of the photo page.
  • Passport must be valid for at least 3 months and 7 days after travel end date.
  • Must not be older than 10 years.
  • ⚠️ Important: 1-year passports are not accepted for visa on arrival applications.
Photo
  • 2 biometric photos (white background, taken within the last 6 months, size is not important)
Turkish ID Card
  • Color photocopy of both sides
Proof of Residence
  • Address document obtained from e-Government (e-devlet)
Visa on Arrival Application Form
  • Form filled out digitally in full, printed, and signed with a wet signature on the last page (kapivizesiformu.com)
Ferry Tickets
  • Round-trip ferry ticket (return journey must be confirmed — open-date return tickets are not accepted)
Accommodation Document
  • English confirmation of paid hotel reservation (all applicants must be named on the reservation)
Bank Statement
  • Last 3 months of transactions, with wet signature from the bank
Travel Health Insurance
  • Policy issued in English

Important Rules & Notes

  • Document Order: Do not staple documents or print double-sided.
  • Visa Fee & Payment: Fees are paid in Euro, cash only. Payment must be included inside the cargo package.
  • Length of Stay: Applications can be made for a maximum of 6 nights / 7 days.
  • Travelers Under 18: Minors traveling without a parent require a notarized and apostilled consent letter in Greek.

All documents must arrive at our office at least 7 days before your travel date.
